Eagle Air Maintenance Limited signs support agreement with Rockwell Collins
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (May 13, 2004) - Eagle Air Maintenance Limited, an Air New Zealand link company, has selected Rockwell Collins to provide avionics support
for its Beechcraft aircraft.
Under the agreement, Rockwell Collins’ Australian subsidiary will provide avionics repairs on a price per flight hour basis
for all Collins avionics equipment on Air New
Zealand’s fleet of 16 Beechcraft B1900D aircraft. The agreement delivers OEM quality repairs and provides for guaranteed turnaround
times, maintenance cost predictability, and reduced administrative and operational effort related to Collins avionics products.
Collins Aviation Services (CAS) global network of more than eighty service and support locations provides repair and overhaul
of avionics equipment for commercial, business, corporate, and military operations. Additional logistics capabilities include
on-board services, service parts, training & simulation systems, technical information services and logistics services.
